A CaSSOA Gold accredited site, for storage of  caravans,

motorhomes and other leisure vehicles. Congratulated by CaSSOA for our high security standards following our most recent survey in March 2025. ​

Our security features

​

We have 2.4 metre high steel palisade fencing all the way around the site. We also have these rather large stones to one of our southern boundaries.

 

We have a state of the art HD CCTV camera system covering the whole site as well as the entrance, which can be accessed remotely and records constantly.

​

Dusk until dawn LED lighting covers the whole site.

​

A brand new Heavy Duty electric cantilevered gate with individual key fobs allows for the only access and egress point to the whole site. 

​

We have achieved CaSSOA's Gold standard for the levels of security and methods of running our storage facility.

​

The owners only live 1 mile away from site and will deal with the everyday running of the site.

STORAGE FEES FOR 2025

​

Single Axle Caravans and Small Motorhomes.

 

6 months storage - £275 plus £15 for individual key fob registration. (Refunded when fob returned at the end of the rental period).

 

Dual Axle Caravans and Large Motorhomes.

 

6 months storage - £295 plus £15 for individual key fob registration. (Refunded when fob returned at the end of the rental period).

Fees to be paid 6 monthly.

No refund will be given should you wish to vacate early.

Access seven days a week, strictly between the hours of

7:00am until 19:00pm
